• Adopted cats must receive proper veterinary care, nutrition, and a safe living environment.
• Cats may not be surrendered to another shelter or individual without contacting Luna Paws Shelter first.
• Luna Paws Shelter reserves the right to conduct follow-up home visits within the first 90 days.
• Adoption fees are non-refundable except in cases outlined in the adoption agreement.

Volunteers agree to follow all shelter protocols, attend required training sessions, and adhere to the volunteer guidelines provided during orientation. Luna Paws Shelter reserves the right to dismiss volunteers who violate these guidelines.

5. User Conduct
