How It All Began
Luna Paws Shelter was founded in 2018 by a small group of dedicated cat lovers who saw a growing need for compassionate feline rescue in their community. What started as a grassroots fostering network in a tiny apartment has blossomed into a full-scale adoption center serving hundreds of cats each year.
Named after Luna, our very first rescue — a timid black cat who transformed into the most loving companion — our shelter is a testament to the power of patience, care, and unconditional love.
Today, we operate a modern, climate-controlled facility with dedicated play areas, medical suites, and socialization rooms designed to help every cat thrive while they wait for their forever home.
